Cocon calme cœur historique

😊: Lovely, ground floor apartment in the historic center of this beautiful town (so many good looking restaurants that it must be a culinary capital). Seems to be newly refurbished with nice decor and good use of a small space. All facilities required to self cater (despite all those lovely looking restaurants ). 😢: Nothing.

😊: As advertised in a really lovely part of Périgueux. Convinient for looking round the old town and making the mist of the markets.. 😢: The facilities are a bit sparse. I don't expect a fully decked out kitchen in rentals like this but a sharp knife (not a steak knife) and a chopping board would have been really useful. The pillows were also rather insubstantial. I suspect the decor was significantly more interested before it was renovated for holiday letting..
