😊: -. 😢: Cleaning - see the picture Accomodation - many things broken (handles, toilet paper holder, etc) Accomodation - lack of service and cutlery. There were 2 glasses and 3 cups for 4 people. Also, deep plate only one, 2 spoons, etc. It was nearly impossible to eat together from proper plates for a family of 4. Communication - it worked until we sent pictures of the broken stuff and the lack of cleaning. Never heard back from them. Location - noisiest neighbours. Constant jumping above us from 17-23 o'clock. We had hard time falling asleep because of that. Also neighbours yelling in front of the door. Washing machine - seriously noisy, moved 20 cm ahead from its place. Also, the apartment makes it impossible to dry clothes in it, so don't plan on washing your clothes during your stay. Couch - really uncomfortable for sleeping. Bed is ok. Bed sheets - had a weird, old smell. There were only 1 normal blanket and 1 double blanket for 4 person..
