😊: Very clean, comfortable, well equipped and excellent location.. 😢: An awful lot of bureaucracy and communication was tricky, and misunderstood several times. Whilst the key-holder was helpful initially, she was quite accusatory when we had problems. It was sorted eventually. A huge deposit required as well. The key safe was not the easiest thing to operate as it was at ankle height and at an angle. Really awkward the first time ..

😊: The apartment is modern but still traditional. The location is fabulous and we felt very safe. It has a fully-equipped kitchen and everything was clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the living area was cosy. The shower was also very nice and the water pressure was perfect for easy hair-washing. It’s the perfect apartment for two people. I had read previous reviews that said the apartment can be quite cold, however we didn’t have this problem. There is a very good heater by the bathroom door, which gets warm instantly.. 😢: One gripe were the construction works in the building, which we didn’t know about prior to our stay. The ground floor and the stairs were covered in loose plastic sheets, and on one morning, they were drilling for over an hour. The 450-euro deposit was also pretty steep, especially since there was no mention of this on the advert prior to booking. I always expect to pay a deposit, but I didn’t expect it to be so high. To add to this, I only got it back 10 days after we left..

😊: Great location and nice ambiance in the flat.. 😢: Communication was convoluted - via too many channels and languages- and some of the rules were unnecessarily restrictive..
