Cocon Nature - Strasbourg Les Halles

😊: Clean and cosy. 😢: For a first time I was wanted 250 euro deposit, not mentioned before booking. They wanted 60 euro just to leave my luggage 1 hour earlier before the check in time.

😊: A very pleasant place to stay, clean, and well connected with only about a 10 minute walk to the city center. The kitchen was nice and surprisingly well equipped given its size. The bed was comfortable and I appreciated the shutter blinds which made it possible to shut the light out completely.. 😢: One thing to note is that you will hear noise from the other flats and the corridor when you are in the flat, the noise from the old elevator and the ringing of the doorbells in the other flats were particularly disturbing and continued throughout the night even on week-days. One piece of feedback that I would like to give is that it would be a nice touch to put the sheets on the duvet and pillows designated for the sofa-bed. When we arrived the duvet and pillows were located in a closet in the flat along with sheets so we had to do this ourselves. It is a small thing but would have been appreciated after a long days travel..

😊: L'appartement est au top, propre et conforme à mes attentes. Son emplacement est parfait également pour découvrir la ville. L'hôte est sympa et a été très disponible pour a assurer notre confort..

😊: great location, cleanliness and comfortable apartment and also, with a modern design. There was every important and necessary facilities in the apartment.. 😢: Everything was fine. But I have not received any information regarding safety deposit status after leaving the apartment..

We liked it very much, great location for the train, grocery store is a short walk; a neighborhood coffee shop would have made it perfect! Here are a few things that we noticed that might make it even better:Nice set up to allow cooking and plenty of dishes. Would have appreciated more than 1 kitchen towel, especially spending 4 nights. Good written Instructions provided but needed for the clothes washer - please.The coffeemaker was leaking water so may need to be checked. We appreciated Tasteful decor but a little less on credenza as we needed space for suitcases, stuff.Bed was comfortable-It may be time for new pillows and sheets- a little worn. Loved the clean bathroom. Also, maybe TP could be given more for more than 3 nights. The instructions for keys were thorough and made sense- thank you! The mailbox key was a little tricky for this 5’1” gal to reach and unlock as hard to see…a longer tether would make it work. Thank you for your help with our mishap- communication with Helene was easy and so appreciated. We would stay here again. Day trips to Basel and Colmar.

😊: Appartement propre, avec de bons équipements et un emplacement très pratique.. 😢: Lit beaucoup trop mou, c’est très peu confortable.

😊: Bon emplacement, à 10 minutes à pieds de l'hyper centre appartement fonctionnel, décoré avec goût. Qualité de la literie y compris canapé-lit. 😢: Pas beaucoup de choix (bars, restaurants, animation..) à proximité immédiate + quelques difficultés à se garer dans les rues adjacentes.

We stayed a few nights in April 2025 and had a lovely stay! The elevator to upstairs is small so I recommend taking the stairs. The place is adorable and the windows allow a lot of natural light to shine into the space! The kitchen is lovely and has everything you might need during your stay. The bed was cozy and comfortable.
