Cocoon du Havre - Parking City Center

😊: The host is communicative and welcoming. The neighbourhood is quiet. The location is nearby everything and offers free parking is for sure a big plus! We traveled with two kids, they are very satisfied with the double bed.. 😢: The only small thing that we think can be improved: when we arrived we noticed the floor of the apartment was not cleaned very well. But for the rests, we are very happy..

😊: Appartement très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé. Parking privé très appréciable. Communication excellente et arrivée parfaitement organisée. Hôte réactif et disponible. Excellent rapport qualité-prix, je recommande sans hésiter !. 😢: RAS.

😊: The host was quite flexible and accommodating re: check in and checkout which I really appreciated! The apartment gets a lot of natural light which I really enjoyed and the location is great! It's close to the tram, train and bus stations. Having a Carrefour City just around the corner was really convenient..

😊: Good location with parking and had everything you need inside.. 😢: Well, for starters apartment was very unclean like they didn’t clean at all (kitchen, bathroom, floor mats and the bed as well).Also very important, we didn’t have any toilet paper (just a very small amount) and when we chatted with the host, at first I had a reply that a housekeeper would appear to arrange everything (including cleaning). Noone ever showed up. Not a good experience to stay. So at the end we cleaned up and made the bed ourselves and even bought wet wipes to replace the toilet paper we were never provided with..
