😊: The location is central Lille, prefect for walking and the public transport, very close to all amenities. The apartment is well equipped. Communication with the owner was also very good.. 😢: There is no description that the flat (which is on the top floor) can only be accessible by a narrow winding staircase from the ground floor, and no description that the shower is on the top floor in the apartment and the toilet on the lower level, where the top floor is only accessible by narrow winding staircase with no handrail. Had we known this in advance we would have cancelled and rebooked elsewhere due to 1 in our party having recently had major surgery to her leg and hip from a serious accident. She only manged the staircases by crawling. Bit of a shame but she managed it with a lot of help from the rest of the party. This needed to be in the description..
