cœur du Bouffay - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: The location was decent and the flat ok. But the communications and getting the keys was an absolute nightmare!. 😢: We were coming from a festival, we were very tired and in the middle of a heatwave. They never sent the info or answered to the messages via the Booking app or Whatsapp, when they finally answered a call via Whatsapp they were every unhelpful, I needed the help of 2 french people including the owner of the place (we bumped into her by chance) were the keys were stored to explain the situation and receive the necessary information, it took her almost 1 hour to jump through different hoops and finally get the keys. We would've had to find another accommodation without the lady's help. Also, not even a fan in the middle of a heatwave..

😊: Location is very good and the old building is very charming. Very bright for the old town since the building across is low.. 😢: The cafe which is near is very loud in the night, and people are sitting outside until 3am drinking. They are very normal but it is hard to sleep. Iron would be good to add to the facilities..
