😊: The location of this property was excellent and made it very easy to explore Rouen on foot. It is definitely the biggest advantage of staying here.. 😢: Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our comfort. There was a persistent unpleasant smell in the building, which was noticeable during our stay. The bedsheets, towels, and pillows all felt quite old and could benefit from being renewed. We also stayed during very hot weather, and while a fan was provided, it was not sufficient to keep the apartment comfortable. Better cooling or additional fans would have made a significant difference..

😢: 4 floors up with no elevator may inconvenience older people.

😊: Very well appointed apartment with lots of space and all of the equipment that one could ask for. Very well maintained.. 😢: The problem for some people could be the fact that it is on the fourth floor with no lift. Best to travel light and not come and go to often - especially in the heat..
