Collioure : rare, villa dans un jardin, à 250 m des plages et des commerces

The house is modern and well equipped and very close to the beach and various restaurants. Highly recommended for a stay and has parking as well, which is a bonus judging by the cars driving around looking for a space!

Le logement est parfait: spacieux, trés bien équipé en mobilier comme en cuisine ou SdBs, le gros électroménager est de trés bonne qualité. Le terrain trés agréable pour une petite ballade ou pour une sieste. La proximité immédiate avec le centre historique de Collioure est un plus indéniable, pas besoin de voiture. A collioure, on y trouve l'essentiel en commerce, avec notamment une boucherie-traiteur (il n'y en n'a qu'une) qui mérite de nombreux passages et une biscuiterie d'Art (Le Croquant de Collioure) à ne pas manquer. Tout cela pour un séjour à renouveler.

Fantastic location, really spacious and lovely and clean. Very well equipped and outside space was great - spacious outside eating area. There was a short steep hill to the property, not a problem for us but could be for some. It was right next to lovely country walks but within 10 mins of anything in Collioure. Host Donna was lovely and responded quickly when we needed another help...we had no complaints at all

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt: Man ist sehr schnell am Strand, hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und zahlreiche Cafes und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Haus ist zum Teil renoviert. Es gibt ein altes Bad aus den 70ern und ein ganz modernes. Auch hat nur ein Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Uns hat das nicht weiter gestört, da das Haus viel Charme besitzt. Es ist farbenfroh und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Außensitzplatz unter dem Blauregen war unser Lieblingsplatz. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr freundlich; wir haben gute Tipps erhalten. Man sollte wissen, dass die Auffahrt zum Haus recht steil ist und man einen größeren PKW nur schwer wenden kann.

The house is positioned at the edge of collioure, and although the beach is just a few minute walk away, the feeling in the garden is that you are all alone in the countryside. The building is well designed and the bedrooms well organized over the various floors. We`ll be back.
