Fabuleux<br>#128578; Logement très bien situé au coeur d'Evian mais néanmoins très calme. Le parking gratuit est un plus. Terrasse ensoleillée agréable en rez de jardin. Logement très propre et bien équipé ( lave linge, lave vaisselle, superbe sdb...) et produits ménagers fournis en quantité. Les équipements sont qualitatifs. L'arrivée se fait de manière autonome par une boîte à clés mais le contact avec Jérémy est très facile.<br>#128577; Le logement n'étant pas climatisé, il peut y faire chaud. Nous avons apprécié le ventilateur. Un ou deux transats auraient été agréables sur la terrasse. A savoir, il y a qq marches pour accéder à l'appartement bien qu'il soit en rez de jardin.

cozy apartment near the center<br>#128578; Almost fully equipped apartment with a beautiful large terrace and a parking space in front of the building. The host was polite, quickly answered our call and provided us with all the necessary information.<br>#128577; As a recommendation - it would be better to prepare the instruction in English too and clarify that the box with the keys is right near the door :) The apartment is well equipped and decorated in a nice style, but it would be better to provide cotton towels instead of synthetic ones.
