😊: Good location, easy to access, particularly as I arrived late. good instructions how to access to. also had good amenities like coffee machine etc.. 😢: there was no fan or aircon, so was very hot..

😢: Terrible experience. They cancelled our booking on the actual day of check-in, even though the reservation had been made several days in advance. It was a weekend, and there were no other hotels available nearby. We were forced to drive for an hour and a half in the opposite direction just to find any hotel to stay in. Cancelling a booking at the last minute when guests are already expecting to check in is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing and stressful experience..

😊: Nothing. 😢: Where do I begin!!! Entering the property we realised we needed to ascend the worst staircase ever encountered, this was on a slant, poorly built wood with uneven height risers and narrow steps, I felt seasick just climbing them and as someone with back issues I really struggled as did my husband who is quite a fit man. One thing the owners stress is no parties, I think this is so they don't get sued when someone falls down them drunk and breaks their neck personally! Then we entered the room - this was quite small but really the size wasn't an issue. It's at the top of the house so has dormer windows, on which there are NO curtains at all. Must be lovely in full summer for anyone trying to sleep! We certainly found it so!!! NOT. The kitchen area, well, there is a hob, we didn't try it, would have been pointless, the only cooking implements are a pan, frying pan and a couple of spatulas. No cutlery, no plates, absolutely nothing to eat anything off or prepare food with. Let's face it, there aren't many people who would think to bring a dinner service and cutlery with them for a night's stay are there? The microwave worked which was good so we went and bought ready meals and some wooden forks which we left for the next hapless people. The advertised coffee machine, yet again, no cups, no coffee pods and no kettle. You are asking yourself why would you need a kettle if there is a coffee machine? Because after going out and buying the correct coffee pods we then found out that the machine was a broken piece of junk that only ended up serving water while at the same time leaking water all over the counter. Thinking we were doing something wrong, and as we don't own the same type of machine this was possible, we went onto YouTube and found instructions on how to use it. Turns out we were right with what we were doing and the machine really was just a piece of junk..

😊: It was a perfect studio with kitchen and shower,no frills and very tidy.. 😢: The parking space wasn't available close to the studio. I parked 2 streets away, which I didn't mind; but some other people might find this a bit of a downside to it..
