Confort appartement proche Gare et Centre Strasbourg

😊: The room is cute and comfortable.

😢: There were bugs during our stay and despite a request to be refunded (which the proprietor said he would facilitate immediately), we have not heard back from him since the booking. It is a pity as a previous time we stayed, we found the property good. But we had to find a hotel because the place was in such a state with all the bugs and unfortunately since the owner is no longer answering us, we were never reimbursed for having to vacate..

😊: The location was perfect being very close to where our family are living in Strasbourg. It is also very convenient for getting to the city centre on foot. A number of supermarkets were close by and the main train station was only fifteen minutes walking distance away..

😢: The place was infested with bugs and we had to leave almost immediately after arriving. It was disgusting and despite asking for a refund and the proprietor telling us he would facilitate one, it's been over a week and we've received nothing..
