We were on the 4th floor and there was no fire escape - a broken fence thing which maybe once would have been was unusable and the fire door to get out onto the non existent fire escape was sealed shut. We tried to get a refund from the agent but he refused. It was disgusting - don’t ever book this. ‘Free parking advertised was only free 6pm - 9am not during day, a free car park fairly close by was frequently full and cars were badly parked.
