Confortable et cosy appartement en centre-ville

😊: The location is amazing, central to aix close from all the cafés, shops, makets... The apartment is spacious, stylish with all the amenities you need.. 😢: We did book a parking space, and boy getting to have the keys for the apartment and the parking was an adventure. You have to get the keys for the apartment and the remote for the parking from one location (in 2 different mailboxes, one of them was not clearly indicated). Then go park your car at one underground residential location (not ideal, very narrow parking space). And then walk 8 min to reach the apartment at another 3rd address! The staff did not meet us at arrival, we only had messages and phone calls with them. We did not appreciate the lack of clarity in the communications and the rudeness of the staff when we asked for additional information. Check out is at 10 am earlier than every accomodation we've ever been to in the south of France or other, and they ask you several times to clean the apartment which is absurd....
