Exceptional Location<br>#128578; The location is exceptional, very close to the centre of St Émilion (barely a five minute walk) and even closer to excellent wineries. It is a generously proportioned house (we are a couple but could see a family fitting here nicely too). It has ample private parking and a lovely garden. Exceptionnel<br>#128578; Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un gîte extrêmement confortable et accueillant. Notre hôtesse Isabelle était merveilleuse. La maison est superbement située à seulement 2 minutes à pied de st émilion. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte de bon goût, d'une propreté irréprochable.

Stunning !!<br>#128578; We loved the location of this property. It is a 5 minute walk into st emilion centre but you would think you were in the countryside it is that quiet!. Its a very spacious house with everything you need and isabelle is a pleasure to deal with. We were only two people but this is an ideal property for a family of 6. Being able to park the car in the drive which would easily accommodate 2 cars was superb. This is somewhere we would definitely return to if we come back to st emilion.
