😊: Property is a new apartment that could be excellent but our experience was poor. Having paid everything (including a significant bond), we were arrived without being given the access codes and wondering if we had to call a taxi and start again?. 😢: The communication to pay and gain access is all automated, so when something goes wrong you end up waiting on the street wondering if you have somewhere to stay for the night??? Not good if you don’t have a phone and don’t speak French. When we eventually did get the access code we found there was no soap in the dispensers and almost no cutlery. So if you’re looking to stay near Lyon airport maybe look elsewhere..
