😊: We found communication easy with the owners, the location was fabulous with restaurants and bar right up the road. Everything was at the property, washing machine handy. Taxi from the Effiel Tower was around 17 euros which was pretty good.. 😢: The stairs! These would not suit a lot of people or small children families getting up and down . They were however probably made worse as we came when Paris was having its worst heatwave. However our 17 year old found them fine..

😊: Very close to “le jardin des plantes”. The flat was clean and the owners are very helpful and attentive.. 😢: Nothing special..

😊: The location and apartment were perfect! Our family of four really enjoyed staying..

😊: The apartment is small but very clean, with everything you need to spend a few days there. Location is nice.. 😢: The stairs are dirty and unpleasant, definitely not recommended for a person with a problem of mobility. The sheets were clean, but mattresses, mattress covers, duvets and all the decorative elements were stained or dirty and honestly I would not recommend this apartment. There’s no table and for 2 people it's ok, but in 4 I wouldn't want to spend more than 2 hours there: it's really small. Honestly, we paid little, but still too much (I don't ask for much, but hygiene - especially with the reputation of Paris - should be taken care of a little more)..

A charming, bright, comfortable home...<br>#128578; Location is unbeatable, in a part of the city that is less filled with tourists and has proximity to nature and daily life. So many great bakeries and shops nearby, along with the metro. Best bookshop next door. The apartment is comfortable and well serviced with a nice bathroom and kitchen. It also felt safe. Yes there are three flights of stairs, but they are antique and it adds to the charm of the place. The windows open in two ways and let in lots of light. Bed was comfortable. Dishwasher, ...
