Disappointed!<br>#128577; Due to illness we had to cancel our stay, however the communication between booking.com, belvilla and the host seemed nonexistent. Despite trying to phone the host direct and sending her an email, sending emails to both belvilla and booking.com, we had no response except repeated demands for our 200 euro security payment.We have used Booking.com for years never had such awful communications.
