Cosy'Appart - LA ROSE - Superior Apartment

Nice place
#128578; The communication with the staffs was very effective. They gave information and advice in advance and answered any questions immediately.
#128577; Quite far from the parking (BUT IT FREE PARKING!)

Perfect accommodations for 1-2 people, 3 for a few days. Everything works. It’s clean and very comfortable. A 20 minute walk from just about everything but groceries, pharmacy, tabac, and fast food choices are all very close. Pretend you’re French for awhile and stay in La Rose because that’s what it feels like.

The address was easy to find. Philippe met us and was wonderful explaining the apartment as well as making suggestions and supplying a guidebook to explore Rouen. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with all we needed to cook including spices, coffee tea, pots, tableware, oven, stove, clothes washer. It was quiet and had a great Wi-Fi connection. Even had Netflix! It was easy walking to the old city center, restaurants and stores. We highly recommend Philippe and his place. When we return we WILL stay here!
