😊: The flat was quite spacious and was very clean. Overall, the kitchen facilities were much better than most, with a tea towel, cloths and washing up liquid provided. The cooker was a two hob with an excellent extractor and the microwave was a high quality model. The shower was excellent with shower gel and shampoo provided and the beds were comfortable and we slept well. Communication from Pascal was via email, although we had no reason to contact him.. 😢: We would suggest adding a corkscrew and a toaster to the flat. It is important to bear in mind that first impressions upon arrival are not good. The exterior of the building looks run down and the stairs leading up to the flat are narrow and winding, as well as being poorly lit, so the flat is unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. However, these are cosmetic issues and outside of the powers of the owner. There has been a lot done with the flat, although a bit of additional work at the bottom of the shower is recommended. The drainage system is not great as there is an ongoing faint smell of faeces in the bathroom, but, again, this is thought to be a problem for the entire building and you do get strong whiffs of untreated sewerage in a few places around the town. Finally, we could not get the TV or WiFi working, but as we were not using either there was no need to contact Pascal..
