Cosy cottage in the Tarn countryside, close Toulouse and Albi- pet friendly

We loved the farm location out in the country with sunsets, lovely landscaping, quiet and peaceful surroundings. The hosts who live on the property, Katerina and Simon, were delightful, pleasant, helpful while also honoring our need for quiet and privacy. The location was near to Rabastens, Lisle Sur Tarn and Albi. It was a great starting point to visit the bastides that the area is known for. Visiting in May was perfect for avoiding tourists, mosquitoes and the heat of the summer months. A few amenities were lacking so we had to provide toilet paper, salt and pepper, garbage bags, cooking oil. But we were told later that "gites" typically do not provide those things.We were able to pick cherries on a neighboring tree. That was a treat!! A lovely place and would recommend it whole heartedly!
