Cosy for You

😊: Conveniently located and good sleeping arrangements.. 😢: It used to be very good, I am sure, but it is dated. When we arrived it wasn’t cleaned properly (stove, bbq, kids chair etc). The wasnt enough good sized pots and pans (only giant scratched ones). The kitchen utensils weren’t very clean either. The owner wasn’t very responsive and actually ignored most of my messages. We left unhappy and won’t be coming back….

😊: Good location, comfortable living space and balcony. 😢: Advertised as 2 bathrooms but only one separate shower, one bath in a bedroom and only one toilet overall. 2 basins - one is room with toilet and one in bedroom with bath. Hot tub and bath were one and the same thing. Apartment needs updating. Kitchen - good facilities but limited basics eg tea and coffee.

😊: Balcony and kitchen. 😢: No enoguh size of barhroom for all person to be stayed.

😊: The interactions with Stephane, the host, were great. He was very kind to let us extend check-out by two hours. The apartment is lovely, with a beautiful balcony. The bedrooms are lovely, as is the bathtub. Annecy is beautiful, and this is a great base. The apartment is very well appointed.. 😢: Nothing.
