Cosy nid douillet au cœur du centre ville de Perpignan

😊: Excellent location. Walkable to train station and town centre and handy supermarket round the corner.Julian the host was very friendly and accommodated an early check in. Had everything we needed iron ,coffee machine ,lots of towels etc. Good to have a small outdoor space too.. 😢: Bathroom very small and shower would benefit from an update. A tall person would struggle with the layout..

😊: Great location not fa from city old town and places to visit. Also has a couple of small supermarkets close by which is convenient. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms. 😢: The main negative points of this property for us were in the kitchen. Missing a few pots to allow for simple cooking. Only 1 Pot is not enough for a family of 4. That seems like an easy fix.

😊: Great location, right on the edge of town so easy to reach from the station, near to restaurants, cafes and shops as well as the sights. The owner met us to handover keys and show us around. The apartment has been modernised, rooms are generally a good size and clean, the bed in the room we used was comfortable. There were large televisions in the lounge area and main bedroom which received a large range of tv channels. Good WiFi.. 😢: The property was let down by a VERY small shower room/toilet to the point where it discouraged use. I’m not sure the apartment would have enough seats if fully occupied. Some hanging places in the bedrooms would be good..

Exceptionnel
#128578; Julien nous a réservé un accueil personnel et chaleureux. Son appartement est idéalement placé. Très calme .

Exceptional
#128578; The apartment is well located, safe area. No street sounds can be heard. There are shops and cafes in the area. The house is old, but everything inside the apartment has been renovated: floors, walls, furniture, kitchen, bathroom. Lots of air, high ceilings.
