The property/house is exceptional on its own, but the way it is furnished, decorated and kept clean is fantastic. Paul, as host, took care of every detail, lovely welcome presents, guidance for the visit and restaurants, and was available for additional information at every moment.<br>#128577; Nothing to mention here. Only positive impressions, clearly beyond our expectations!

If you are looking for a well situated house with character, Cosy Potet is the one ! Everything is within walking distance, and you can park the car 350 m from the house in the St Anne's parking for a reasonable price. Dogs are welcome and there are several nice green walks from the house as there is no garden (as said in the ad). Kitchen and house are fully equipped. The only thing I would draw attention to is the number of stairs for elderly people. But excellent quality rental.

Tout d'abord, nous tenons à souligner que le propriétaire est absolument charmant, accueillant avec beaucoup de délicates attentions. Toutes les pièces sont richement meublées, aménagées et décorées avec un soin rare, le tout sans faute de goût. La situation de cette grande maison de ville permet de visiter le coeur de la cité des Ducs en quelques pas. Nous avons tellement aimé la beauté et le confort de cette maison, ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse de son propriétaire, que nous y retournerons avec bonheur et ce, dès que possible.

Es handelt sich hier um ein wahrhaftiges Juwel in zentraler Lage. Aus ursprünglich 2 kleinen Häusern hat Paul mit sehr viel Geschmack ein wundervolles Objekt geschaffen mit 3 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, Vorzimmer und Küche. Selbst ein alter Weinkeller kann mitgenutzt werden. Eine hervorragende Ausstattung, an der es an nichts fehlt und liebevolle Willkommensgrüße runden alles perfekt ab. Die Lage ist super zentral, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Laufweite vorfindet und ohne große Zeiteinbußen mehrfach am Tag zwischen umtriebigem Zentrum und Wohnung hin und her wechseln kann. Optimal für bis zu 5 Personen.
