😊: Location. Living space large. Nice view.. 😢: Warning about broken garage door received in transit therefore too late to read so our car got locked inside the garage. Had to ask local coffee shop for tools to open garage door as response to what to do was 3 hrs after lock in. All other complaints have been noted on previous reviews but we missed as rating states 8/10. Stair well dirty and cobwebs. Husband fixed broken toilet door handle. 3 coffee cups for group of 4. I cut my foot on an exposed nail on wooden floor. Kitchen sink sponge was disgusting so threw out and purchased another. Cupboard doors were hard to open and close. No shower curtain. No mattress protectors in beds. Pillows were substandard. Sheets had marks on them. Cleaning gear left in hallway. 30 euro charge for not taking sheets off bed is excessive..

😊: Nice apartments located in great area with amazing view on old town. 😢: Pillows in bedrooms were not very comfortable.

😊: Great location, lots of facilities, responsive host.. 😢: Many flights of stairs not good for business travel and so many bags to climb stairs with Parking and key box very hard to find in dark.

😊: The apartment was easy to find and access and in a great location. Lots of space, a fully equipped kitchen and it was relatively clean and very quiet. The garage for the car was great also.. 😢: It was quite hot when we were there with no wind/breeze - but there was only one small fan in the whole apartment. And with only skylights in the bedroom - this made for very hot and uncomfortable nights. The toaster didn't work and there was a pretty disgusting, dirty and unhygienic dishcloth - that we did NOT use (and I had to by one). There was also no liquid or tablets to use in the dishwasher and the connection to netflix (which advertised in their photo's) didn't work so we couldn't log in to our account. I did enquire about an additional fan, a working toaster and netflix - and was never replied to about the fan and netflix and was told they could not get a working toaster to us in time and just to put the dishwasher on with nothing detergent in it!? I would have given the property a high rating had it not been for these multiple things - that could and should have easily been non-existent or remedied..
