😊: Close to transport links, great value for money. 😢: It was very hot in Paris and hard to cool down the apartment.

😊: The location is good. 😢: If there is Ac in the apartment it would have been better.

😊: The price is relatively affordable for a whole flat in Paris.. 😢: The place was quite dirty, with noticeable traces from previous guests, such as hair. The bathroom floor mat was covered in hair and debris, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. The towels had a strong, unpleasant smell, as if they hadn't been washed properly. The living room carpet and floor also had a lot of debris and hair. The listing is misleading regarding check-in and check-out times. They advertise super early check-in and super late check-out, but in reality, check-in wasn’t allowed until 1:30 PM, and check-out was strictly at 11 AM. I wouldn’t recommend this place for sightseeing in Paris. The location is quite far from major attractions, and unlike other areas where metro stations are within a 5-minute walk, the closest one here is 10 minutes away, making it less convenient..
