😊: Quite well equipped, though a few things were missing - that's why "just" very good and not "excellent". Paris is quite expensive, and although this apartment is in the less pricy class, it was still certainly not budget. But the offer and equipment were still rather good. In the neighborhood there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, "Metro" station. 😢: There quite a few ants in the kitchen, but the owner left an insecticide spray. Also some mysterios noise, like water dropping, which I could not trace. Also the window to the street should have full meal bars - it would have been safer.
