😊: The location is excellent. On our first morning we came out to find a market (albeit a very expensive one) right outside. Given that it’s so central, the flat is also very quiet. We contacted the owner about how to work the tv to watch the football, and we were contacted by a very friendly, charming Frenchman who kindly explained the process to my French-speaking wife.. 😢: Others have mentioned the lack of light, but it was the lack of air circulation that bothered us. The temperature outside wasn’t that high, but the flat was stuffy and hot. We asked for a fan but the owner said she didn’t have one. Unloading the car was an issue. It needs to be made clearer that you can’t park outside the house, and if you follow your sat-nav you may find yourself, as we did, driving bewilderedly through very, very narrow, cobbled streets, full of irritated tourists, having to shout ‘pardon’ out of the window repeatedly! The recommended free parking at the lighthouse is not ten minutes’ walk: it’s twenty. Some pods for the coffee machine would have been nice..

😊: VERY central location, very quiet. Everything we needed for a weekend away. I loved the ancient beama, stonework and ceilings, the buildings must be hundreds and hundreds of years old!. 😢: Very little natural light into the apartment. Showering is awkward..
