COSY TROPEZ, la petite Venise, Port-grimaud - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Central location in Port Grimaud with easy access to a range of excellent restaurants. Unfortunately any good points about the apartment were far outweighed by a multitude of bad issues.. 😢: Date of visit: 9th September 2024. Response , or lack of, from hosts who failed to grasp how upset and distressed her customers were. Dull uninspiring entrance and lift, dark corridors. Told we could park our car directly outside apartment for 1 hour while we unloaded our luggage only to return to find parking ticket on window. No instructions from host on use of any kitchen appliances, or any information on local facilities. Accumulation of minor issues, misleading apartment description. 24 hour reception??? Coffee shop ?? Broken not working lights/clock, grubby bleach stained towels, broken floral ornaments., on site private parking?? 200 yards away in residents car park! Noisy ( 5am ) market day (Thursday and Sunday) wake up through rusty shutters. No a/c, small inadequate cooling fan Did I mention the crunchy COCKROACHES in bathroom.? Worst till last and the main reason for our decision to write this damning review. A broken bed frame meant sleeping on the sofa Wednesday night, after 2 uncomfortable nights with our backsides touching the floor, and despite repeated calls to Lucie and Marion on Wednesday and Thursday which were basically ignored, her "24 hour reception" phone number unobtainable or switched off. The broken bed was obviously already known to our host since the bed was propped up by a small cardboard box which contained an Ethernet cable from a recently installed wi-fi router On Friday we received a call to say the owner had ordered a new bed, without making the time to inspect After 3 sleepless nights, on Thursday, with still no resolution from our hosts,we were forced to seek alternative accommodation and found excellent alternative accommodation locally. We will now seek a refund of the accommodation costs through the banking charge back option. We came away for a well-earned rest and this totally ruined our holiday, thanks Lucie & co General advice to anyone thinking of booking :DONT DO IT..

Fabuleux<br>#128578; L'emplacement est idéal. La décoration est agréable et moderne. La chambre est bien séparée.<br>#128577; Quel dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de balcon. Point d'attention sur le ménage et étaient en panne ou défaillant le chaud et l'ascenseur. Il faudra installer une clim à l'avenir nous semble-t-il.

TOP !<br>#128578; Lage TOP..... Ausstattung und Sauberkeit 10 !!<br>#128577; Am Markttag war es naturgemäß früh morgens schon etwas lauter, da die Marktstände aufgebaut wurden, aber der Ausblick auf den Markt, war es dann wert !

Erholsamer und ruhiger Aufenthalt in...<br>#128578; Ein schönes, gepflegtes und modern eingerichtetes Appartment in zentraler Lage am Marktplatz von Port Grimaud (wir waren in der Nebensaison da). Sehr nett zum Spazieren oder an den Strand gehen. Parkplatz fußläufig erreichbar (über Brücke).<br>#128577; Alles war okay.

Soberbo<br>#128578; Passamos uma fantástica semana de férias em Fort Grimaud, desde o tempo, à praia e ao alojamento. O alojamento tem tudo que se precisa numa casa, cozinha completa, decoração simples mas moderna e uma localização excelente. Uma palavra para a Lucie: impecável, desde a chegada, à partida sempre "presente"!<br>#128577; Nada a apontar.
