Cote d'Azur; air-conditioned villa with pool, superb view on 2000sqm property

We had a fantastic experience - the host was very communicative and accessible; the house met our expectations in every way and even the February weather was mostly cooperative!

Lovely home, fully equipped and great location for exploring the Riviera

Lovely outside terrace, pool and garden. Large lounge and dining area. Extremely well equipped kitchen but it needs more worktop space and some freshening up decor wise.The bedrooms are a little on the cosy size.

Our stay at Gabriel’s house in beautiful Le Tignet was absolutely amazing. Everything was just like the pictures show, although a bit better in real life than the pictures display. The house was amazing for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids between 6-10). The kids loved the house and the surroundings with the lake Cassien, the 25 minute drive to the beach in Cannes and the 15 minutes to Grasse made our week better than both expected and anticipated. Nothing could have been better, and Denia (the housekeeper) was absolutely fantastic - fun and helpful in every way! Will recommend the house, the area and Gabriel to anyone who wants a fantastic vacation.

Stayed in mid August 2024. Property manager was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. Property was great, as listed, and the location was perfect for us. Pool has nice shady spot if heat gets too much. Great patio area with awning for meal times. Air con made the nights comfortable. Being so close to the lake, we took full advantage of the pedalos and other water sports.

We recently stayed at this charming holiday house and was thoroughly impressed by its prime location. Nestled conveniently close to bakeriesand ,supermarkets and restaurants. The house itself is cozy and well-maintained, providing a perfect base for exploring the beautiful region. Its proximity to Grasse, Nice, and Cannes made our stay even more enjoyable. A quick drive took us to Grasse, where we immersed ourselves in the world of perfumery. Nice’s stunning beaches and vibrant old town were easily accessible for a day trip, and Cannes’ glamour and festivals were just a stone's throw away. Overall, this holiday house offers a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and access to some of the most beautiful parts of the French Riviera. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore this enchanting area!

The Villa was spacious & well cared for however its location left a lot to be desired. In order to buy bread, groceries or even go for a walk one needed to drive at least 20 minutes away. Also, there are several dogs close to the villa that bark incessantly, many times a day/evening. The owner is very responsive however which is great.

Great property for family holidays. Very well equipped. Children’s play area much, appreciated by our 3 year old granddaughter, as was the pool by all of us as it was so hot. Several supermarkets within easy reach. We had a very enjoyable week.
