Côté Palais 2 avec Netflix - Fibre - Proche Cité

😊: Nothing. 😢: The place was filthy, stunk of raw sewage/drains, pillows were dirty with hair on them, the louvre cupboard in the kitchen was broken, the bathroom was dirty and had what looked like poo on the wall, there were broken tie wraps left on the floor, there were dead flies on the window sill, cobwebs on the ceiling which we hoovered up. Finally there was no hot water so we couldn't shower, not that we wanted to because it was filthy! It was so bad we moved into alternative accommodation the next morning. Although Melissa the host said she would resolve the 'minor' issues we had already left, and whilst she promised a refund of our €500 deposit and for the apartment a week later we still have not received it. I have now put in a dispute with both Booking.com and PayPal. We would not recommend or stay here ever again..

😊: The location was great , quiet residential area - close to the city center and to the Old Castle. The AC was working great same as the internet connection. There was free parking nearby. We appreciated the host sending us recommendations of restaurants & supermarkets. Good size apartment and really liked the blinds. 😢: The beds were on the soft side so if you're experiencing back issues you may want to look for something else. There was a musty smell in the shower, not due to the lack of cleanliness, but probably old pipes. It went away after we used it for a few times. Under the chopping board we did find crumbles from the previous stays, but wasn't a big deal. The 500 Euro deposit was the scary part. The apartment looked like it was renovated a few years ago but the materials weren't exactly of quality and things were showing signs of wear & tear ( the knobs on the dresser weren't properly installed, few wooden pieces were missing on the kitchen dresser, the lower kitchen counter planks were moving etc) which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. We were worried that if something breaks we were loosing the deposit. Thankfully all went well and we were fully refunded When you came from afar might be a good option to get an early checkin but this location doesn't entertain that. Bring your own cleaning supplies - aside from dishwashing soap there wasn't anything else you could use..

😊: The bed was very comfortable and the location was ideal for a city break.. 😢: Suggestion. Lack of cleaning products. As a guest that arrived by airplane with limited liquids, it Wouk have been nice to have some cleaning products for the stay and to clean before we left. We did buy washing tablets and washing up liquid and left the remainder in the apartment..

Aunque nosotras no la usamos laa cocina estaba perfectamente equipada. Segundo piso sin ascensor por una escalera estrecha pero q no supone ningún problema de acceso. Calidad precio excelente. Totalmente recomendable
