😊: Accommodation was very conveniently situated for visiting all the sights.

😊: Location was wonderful, as it was away from the real tourist areas. The restaurant in the village was stunning and good value for what you got. The apartment is simply delightful, and the terrace perfect for enjoying the view. There are shops in the next village-5mins drive away. We loved our time there.. 😢: The shower in the bathroom was very awkward and disappointing, but that wouldn’t stop us returning..

Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich gut. Es ist ruhig, der Ausblick vom Balkon in die Weinberge ist sehr schön. Kientzheim ist beschaulich und ruhig. Ein Spaziergang entlang der Wehrmauer zur Osterzeit ist ein Traum: Die Apfel-Baum-Allee stand in voller Blüte. Die Top-Ausflugsziele (Eguisheim. Kaysersberg, Riqwiehr, Rebeauville, Colma etc.) in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung ist schön, mit einer guten Aufteilung. Wir waren zu viert. Aus unserer Sicht auch die optimale bzw. maximale Gäste-Zahl.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this gite. The views from the balcony of the vineyards was lovely. The location of the gite within Kientzheim was very good, with secure parking a bonus. Kientzheim is also perfectly located for easy access to many of the most popular Alsace locations. During our stay we hired e-bikes and managed to easily cycle to Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Ribeauville from the gite. The gite had everything we needed and felt luxurious. It also had some quirky decorations, that gave it a nice personal touch. Our interaction with the letting agency was very positive. Even though their website was broken for us, the emailed instructions for entry and usage of the Gite was very clear, often with pictures. Not so keen on the need to exit the gite at 9AM on the final Saturday though, as we then spent some of Friday night packing and cleaning up, instead of just the Saturday. A few items I will share on the gite, as I would have liked to have known prior to booking: - How close are the neighbors? Close. Next balconies either side seem to have young families in them, which did result in the noise of toddler tantrums travelling, or stressed parents smoking on their balcony. Yet you could sit at the rear of the balcony in complete privacy, which we did at night, to watch the stars. This was very enjoyable. - Can bikes be securely locked? Yes - we found a post to lock to, but it was not clear whether we should lock them there. As the gite is within a locked compound, security is already pretty good. - Will the bells be a problem from the church next door? Bells seemed to stop at 11 and start again at 6, chiming at every quarter of an hour. Apart from Wednesday, when we had some bells going off at 3AM. But we were not disturbed by the bells. Overall - very happy with our stay at this gite. If we are back in the Alsace in the future, we would be keen to rent this gite again.

Die Wohnung ist genau wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist ideal für das Erkunden des südlichen Elsass' per Fuss, Rad oder Auto. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage mit Aussicht auf die Weinberge. Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung mit viel Platz und großem Balkon. Idealer Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung (Kultur, Sightseeing, Wandern).

Wir waren für eine Woche in der schönen Wohnung in Kaysersberg. Sie ist geschmackvoll, hochwertig und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderbar und das Örtchen Kientzheim malerisch! Wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist, kann einen die Glocke des benachbarten Kirchturms stören. Wir haben mit "Ohrenstopfen" prima geschlafen. Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!
