Cottage 2 persons 10 minutes Rance

This cosy studio is perfectly placed to explore the area around Dinan and the beautiful Rance Valley. It is very clean, well equipped and the hosts are so warm and welcoming. Their superb hospitality made our stay extra special. We stayed with our cocker spaniel and there is a fenced garden and you have your own terraced area in the lovely garden. The only thing to note is that the large main bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase which may not suit everyone. It was not a problem for us!

A perfect stay in a location near beautiful places to visit. The host could not be more helpful or anxious to see that my stay was perfect. I can’t wait to return.

In this tranquil setting we had everything we needed and more for a wonderful break in Brittany. Our hosts were charming and delighted to please in any way they could. Regional goodies and chocolates awaited our arrival. Francine went over and above, even cleaning the BBQ before we had opportunity to! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The Property at La Hisse, St Samson sur Rance was perfect for Bev and me. Small, comfortable, compact yet with everything we needed in place. Francine and Gérard had clearly gone out of their way to ensure our comfort. It was a pleasure to stay at the Gite and it’s location near to Dinan was wonderful and meant we could park down at the port. We have just returned from our first visit to this lovely gite. Francine and Gerard were very welcoming and the gite was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location is great for enjoying the River Rance and the surrounding area, with easy access to main roads. Supermarkets are close by for all essentials and there are good restaurants not too far away. We would really recommend this gite and thank Gerard and Francine for their kindness during our visit.

The owners were very friendly and helpful, the gite was very well equiped and exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect for the Rance and Dinan and being situated towards the rear of the property was very quiet. Off road parking was another plus.
