Countryside gite, near the sea, ideally situated for visiting Southern Finistère

Superb place with great pool. Very caring and relaxed owners. Spacious garden that is dog friendly. Good connections to visit southern Bretagne. Close to nice town (Plugufan) with all necessities and Quimper and Ponte l’Abbée. We really loved it here!

The gite is situated on a farm property 15-20 mins from Quimper… isolated and very quiet. It is one house divided in two and the owners live in one half. There are gardens and old farm buildings surrounding but no fenced/ division from the small road that approaches the property. The owners are discrete and allowed us to use the gross area in front of the whole property. The pool is very pleasant with decking around.

We spent 2 weeks at this house and had a great time exploring the area which has lots to offer: beautiful beaches, pretty towns, cycle routes, history & nature. Olivier was an excellent host - very welcoming and helpful. The house is very well situated to explore this corner of Brittany in all directions and feels rural and peaceful whilst still offering quick access to local amenities. The pool was a lovely bonus and was clean and warm, so used every day!

The property is located in a lovely tranquil spot and the living space is open and really easy to use. The owners were super welcoming and friendly, adding to a really enjoyable stay.

Olivier came to guide us from the centre of Pluguffan, made sure we had everything we needed and introduced us to his family (and the chicken!) The weather was horrible but the gite was so pleasant and well equipped and we would recommend it highly. Elizabeth West Sussex, England

Picturesque cottage complete with private pool and a warm welcome from Olivier and family. His wife Melodie gave us all the information on the local area with restaurants and places to visit which we did!. Everything from several beaches, beautiful countryside and rural towns/villages were all within 10-15 minutes. We loved every minute of it! Many thanks, we will be back!

This was a lovely traditional french country house which gave us the peace and quiet of the french countryside that we were looking for on our holiday but not too far from the coast. It was a real treat to have the use of a private pool and the ping pong table too. We loved the animals particularly the cat and the friendly chicken who were regular visitors.
