Cozy Station House & Direct Access to Paris

😊: The only thing we like about the property is the location. It is situated next to the central station.. 😢: I am completely dissatisfied with this stay and would not recommend this property. When we checked in, we were informed that there were no towels available. For a group of 9 people staying 4 nights, the house was also poorly stocked with basic necessities: there were no hand sanitizers and only two rolls of toilet paper provided for the entire stay. A major concern was the way guest information was handled. We were asked to send our identification documents through a private phone number, which felt unprofessional and raised privacy concerns. The property also has safety issues. In one of the bathrooms, the wall tiles are loose and appear to be on the verge of falling off, creating a potential hazard for guests..
