Cozy studio with sea view, swimming pool and greenery

😊: Nice and helpful owner, preparing an extra bed for my child, the location is ok, close to buses, close to the beach, swimming pool, thank you for the opportunity to stay overnight with our dog!. 😢: The residents are not friendly or courteous to guests, and the apartment is a bit small for a couple with a child. The cleanliness wasn't up to par either. There was a bucket of cleaning products and sponges under the bed, and a lot of dust in the closet..

😊: Lovely studio in a beautiful residence just outside downtown Cannes, meaning you are a short bus ride from all the action but have your own quiet and private beaches just 5 minutes’ walk away. The bus stop is just in front of the residence and there is a bus running every 5 minutes to the center of Cannes and CNCF station. Train station Cannes la Bocca is just 450 meters away. The studio is very neat, cozy and home-like. It is air-conditioned, bright, the sea view from the big window is stunning, the bed has very comfortable mattress of top quality and will perfectly ft a couple. There is a lovely swimming pool with restricted access to residents and tenants only. My special thanks to Kristina and Alex who are really great hosts – they were so attentive, responded quickly to all our questions and the communication was friendly and easy..
