😊: Quiet secluded house, within it's own grounds. Big decking area to sit out, gets good afternoon sun (trees block evening sun). Well equipped kitchen, spacious, and plenty seating, at a breakfast bar and a big wooden dining table. Doors open to front decking and back driveway area.. 😢: There was initial panic when neither downstairs bedrooms' patio doors opened (no other window/ventilation) - there's flooring laid which means doors are difficult to open and in fact, we couldn't open doors in the allocated bedroom, so used the other one. Once open they were fine!.

😊: It had everything we could need for a 4 day stay even a lovely roaring fire. Well situated for driving out every day and close enough to go to beach for a swim.. 😢: Only that there was one bathroom between us. Nice large shower though..
