Perfect for 1/2 people who need a small place to stay. The place has every item you might need. Excellent shower. Very convenient location, with bus stop nearby.

The studio has a great view, it's 25 mins by bike from Annecy old town, through a flat and quiet bike-road. There are supermarkets, restaurants and a post-office near by. The landloard family is very nice, they speak english french and spain. A little bit hot on summer because it's on the last floor of the building, but great deal on gereral!
