😊: We really enjoyed our stay and there are several things that make this property a lovely place for a holiday. The swimming pool was a real highlight, and the location is great for exploring the area, although a car is definitely necessary. We also appreciated that the house welcomes dogs and is fully fenced, which made staying with our dogs very easy and relaxing. The downstairs bathroom is particularly beautiful and offers good privacy. The upstairs bathroom is also very nice, but as it is integrated into one of the bedrooms, it is less private if you are sharing that room with someone. A special mention goes to Morgan, the host, who was absolutely lovely — very friendly, helpful and extremely responsive throughout our stay. Overall, we think the house has a lot of potential. The pool, location, fenced garden, dog-friendly policy and wonderful host are all real positives. With some investment in comfortable seating, outdoor lounging space and air conditioning for the third bedroom, the property could be considerably more comfortable and really live up to its potential for six guests.. 😢: There are, however, a few areas where we felt the house could be improved. Although the property is advertised for six people, the indoor sofa only sits two people, and the outdoor dining table has only four chairs. There are additional chairs inside, but these are less suitable and comfortable for use around the pool. The outdoor lounging space could also be improved. There are currently only four pool chairs (not suitable for stretching your legs), and there isn't really a comfortable outdoor lounge area where six people can relax (except for sitting by the dining table). The small wrought-iron seating area accommodates three people rather awkwardly. There is a grassy area that could potentially be used for additional loungers, but during our stay the grass was very dry and wasn't really usable. Finding a way to make better use of this space could significantly improve the pool area. At the moment, if you want to properly lie down and relax, the only comfortable option is to go to bed! Finally, two of the three bedrooms have air conditioning, while the third does not. During the hot summer months in the south of France, this can be quite challenging, and we felt this was worth mentioning as it was not explicitly indicated in the property description..
