The property was amazing and very well equipped. Anne (the host) was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The information was very thorough and the location was on a main bus route, which made travelling into town and further afield very easy and represented great value for money. I would thoroughly recommend it for a family stay and look forward to going back.

Idéale pour un séjour entre amis ou en famille. Maison très bien située au calme et proche du centre. Jardin agréable. Le billard est un plus !

Nous sommes venus à Toulouse en famille pour des raisons sportives et avions envie de nous reposer également. Nous avons trouvé le confort et le repos dans cette demeure familiale, très bien entretenue et très agréable. Les propriétaires tiennent beaucoup à cette maison familiale et cela se voit tant dans l'entretien que l'accueil. Quartier très calme. Nous la recommandons aux personnes aimant le calme et les belles pièces à vivre.

Une propriété super sympa et très jolie, que ce soit la maison ou l'extérieur ! De plus elle est bien située, tout est fourni sur place, et les propriétaires sont très accueillants, vraiment top ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Spacious, cool, clean tastefully decorated house with comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen equipped with good range of large dishes and pans. Lovely shaded deck. 15min cycle ride from centre of Toulouse and walking distance from local shops. Toulouse is very bike friendly with lots of well marked cycle lanes.

Nous avons passé une semaine à Toulouse avec des amis pour découvrir la ville. La maison est très bien aménagée et bien équipée pour survivre à la chaleur de l’été et pouvoir se reposer entre deux visites ! Le livret d’accueil fourni est très complet et donne pleins d’indications pour nous aiguiller ! La propriétaire, Anne, nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé dans nos déplacements et visites. Ce fut une très belle expérience et je vous recommande cette location si vous visitez Toulouse et ses environs !

We had a wonderful time in Toulouse staying at this lovely house. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there are three showers and a bath - easily enough for our group of five. Toulouse centre is only ten minutes by bus ( No . 38 ) The Boulangerie just around the corner sells fabulous bread and pastries and after visiting there each morning we enjoyed our breakfast back at the house in the sunny garden. As well as visiting the marvellous basilica of Saint Sernin in Toulouse, the Cathedral and the Salle des Illustres in the Capitole we also caught a train to Albi one day to see the amazing Basilica of Saint Cecilia covered in frescoes and visited the Toulouse - Lautrec museum. Another day we caught a train to Carcassonne. The house is only ten minutes by bus from the station so we did not need a car.Toulouse centre has plenty of restaurants where we ate and drank each evening.The owners of the house, Anne and Pierre were very welcoming and gave us lots of information. We look forward to returning !

What a magical and wonderful house this is. I stayed with my business partners for 5 days while watching the Euros 2016 football tournament that were in town. From the start the owner was VERY friendly and accommodating. She broke the language barriers with translation and great communication. The booking process was simple and very straight forward. Great communication throughout the whole time. The house it self is very comfortable and functional and we did not want for anything. It was spotlessly clean extremely well presented great decor and truly a home from home experience. There is ample space and plenty of bathrooms and shower rooms to suit the largest of groups. The Garden was well maintained and a great sun trap to catch the early morning rays when eating your breakfast on the patio / decking area. The bonus of the pool table gave us hours of fun when we returned each evening after a day of fun in Toulouse city centre. Location is perfect you are meters from the main road where the buses number 37 & 38 take you straight into town for 1.6 euro’s and it takes around 10 mins. Buses are very regular and we did not have to wait more than 15 mins. Taxi was 15 euro’s after midnight so very local and central. There is an array of shops and supermarkets all within 10 mins walking distance. I have to mention the local bakery called ‘Artisan Boulanover Pastissier Chocolatier’ it’s a must to try, every morning we bought pastries and fresh bread and my word was it good. So good there is a small queue of locals all waiting to buy their offerings. Everything we tasted was sublime. The house has secure parking for security, it’s in a great area where the locals are so friendly and very very helpful, we always got a good morning good afternoon or good evening no matter whom we bumped into. I am looking to return to this wonderful house with my family it was that good. I really can’t praise this property enough from the owner Anne and Yolanda the house manager down to the cleanliness of the place and the well presented fresh clean towels upon arrival it truly was a splendid stay in Toulouse and a great property to rent. 11 Bourdon rue is PERFECT in every aspect and comes highly recommended.
