Fulfilled all of our expectations for a peaceful and relaxing family stay. Le Clos provided us all with the perfect, secluded rural retreat we wished for and the dogs loved the garden. The neighbours, the birds and the cattle were all most welcoming and the local patisserie provided the icing on the cake.
House is dirty as hell. Shower with a lot of black mould. Everything is dusty and the beds are worn down an uncomfy. Very bad smell in the small bedroom. Cleaned the kitchen (a lot of cobwebs, insects) and bedrooms for 3 hours to be able to sleep there, as we arrived tired after a long drive. We left the house after 2 days and checked in at a hotel. Informed the owner and got our money back from the agency and an apology from the owner. As long at it's not deep cleaned and the shower room renovated, cannot recommend the house. We took a lot of pictures to be able to proof the very bad condition. Cannot understand the good review written in April this year. Such an amount of black mould does not arise in a few month.
We loved the house and all its amenities. Everything we needed was there. The garden is a dream for kids to play and explore. We would definitely come back to this beautiful place.
