Delightful Villa In St Jean Cap Ferrat

We spent two fabulous weeks in La Mignonne, the house is located just up from St Jean harbour and is a three minute walk to the beach. The house has two large comfortable bedrooms and a large shower room, a well equipped kitchen and a private terrace, perfect for outdoor eating. Thank you Christian, we will return!

Good evening Christian Our review to you is as follows: We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in June and the weather was hot. We know St Jean well and we always like returning. The Villa was very clean and simply furnished with basic equipment but with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The Villa is in a great position and conveniently located. Staying at the Villa Mignonne was absolutely the best experience I have had on a vacation. My two sisters and I, took my mom to stay at the Villa for her 80th birthday, for 2 weeks. The reason we picked this house, was my family had lived in this house in the early 60’s, my dad was in the Navy stationed in near-by Ville Franche. The Villa and St. Jean hold many special memories for my family. The Villa is as described: clean; newly renovated; great location; spectacular views; owner was responsive and helpful; washing machine (big bonus); I will definitely return and recommend; and lastly the Villa photos are accurate, but the house and views in person are much superior. There are plenty of restaurants, a grocery store, a butcher shop, and bakery within an easy 2-3 block walk from the house. The beaches are nearby, and there is a trail that runs the circumference of St. Jean, with breathtaking views everywhere you look. We walked the entire Cap, and also walked frequently from St. Jean to Beaulieu. All trails had beautiful views all around. We rented a car, and able to park in front of the house 90% of the time. St. Jean is centrally located to many local cities, we drove to Nice multiple times, Grasse, Gourdon, St Paul De Vence and Monaco. We took the train to Italy. I would absolutely recommend this house to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Quelle jolie maison!pleine de charme et en meme temps toute en simplicité et très fonctionnelle! L'endroit est idéal pour un couple avec des enfants,à coté de la plage de la paloma et à 2 pas du centre de Saint jean cap ferrat;prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse le matin est un pur bonheur! La villa mignonne fait partie ces rares endroits que l'on veut garder secret,à ne partager qu'avec les gens qu'on aime!!

The property is amazing and in a very clean condition. The house is centrally located. The beautiful Paloma beach is nearby within walking distance. The beach offeres some shade even on hot days, the restaurant is first class and there are plenty of watersport activities. In the village, there are nice restaurants, where we enjoyed delicious seafood dishes. In comparison with Nizza or Cannes, Saint Jean - Cap Ferrat was never crowded. The nearby Villefranche sûr mer was also lovely. Unfortunately in the summer season, to search a parking was a job of it's own in whole region. Our holidays in this property at Saint Jean - Cap Ferrat was worth the trip and is highly recommended. Family Goetz
