Demeure de campagne, gîte 'L'Instant-Morienval La Vue\"

The whole family fell instantly in love with this property. The whole place was quite magical. The accommodation was clean and tidy and had everything you needed. The views were outstanding and shall miss all the birds roosting in the barns. The swimming pool was an added bonus which our grandson adored. Words can’t describe what a wonderful find this place was and the owners were so helpful and kind. Would like to tell everyone to walk down to the church which you can see in the village - beautiful!

There were 12 of us for a wedding anniversary celebration. Instant Morienval ticked all the boxes we were looking for. There was enough space to give everyone privacy, as well as lots of communal areas to come together. It would have been the perfect place if it wasn't for a few niggles - see below. Florence the owner is lovely and helpful, even giving us some eggs when we ran out of them. But I think there must be a lot of wear and tear on the property - dishwasher had broken cutlery drawer and faulty soap dispenser, kitchen bin lid broken so it won't close, kitchen cupboard door handle on one of the cupboards broken (not able to close it), wine fridge too warm and no way to change temperature, pod coffee machine broken/faulty, fridge inner door missing (to be fair, Florence did tell us that the previous group staying broke this - no time to fix before our party arrived), freezer drawer rail broken making it really unhandy to pull out and push back in again. I expect these things will be fixed soon. If it wasn't for all of these things I would have given the propery five stars. One more thing - there is only one sun parasol on the terrace. Seeing as there was 30-degree heatwave weather during our stay, this was not enough. We asked Florence for some more parasols (expecting her to buy some) but she said she didn't have any more. I asked if she could borrow some. She said she tried but no one could lend any. A shame considering how much money this property costs to rent. But like I said, I would have gladly given this property 5 stars - almost perfect. Lucy

The house was clean, well maintained, and had all of the amenities we needed. It was perfectly located for all of our day trips and excursions.

Wow... what a find! After 10 days traveling with my family across France and Germany, we landed at this beautiful country house for our final 3 days before returning to the United States. We could not have asked for a better property or a more gracious host. We've stayed in lots of vacation homes, but never one like this... the space was "old" and "new" in all the right places. The views off the back porch were amazing and the pool was perfect. The location was also perfect.... we visited two castles within 45 minutes and were able to make it to CDG in less than an hour. Thank you Florence!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end entre amies. La maison est juste magnifique, décorée avec goût . La vue est splendide. Tout était parfait. Le seul petit b.mol est le manque d'ustensiles de cuisson. Merci pour l'accueil et pour chaque petit détail très apprécié.

Nous avons loué cette demeure pour fêter nos 10 ans de mariage avec nos amis et nous le regrettons pas! L'emplacement est idéal pour un Parisien (1h de Paris). La décoration et l'aménagement sont vraiment très sympa. Rien à redire sur la literie et les équipements. Superbe piscine. Je recommande cette location. Nous reviendrons la prochaine fois en famille.
