Demeure de charme paisible

😊: The kitchen is nice (apart from a shortage of crockery) and there are most of the facilities that a family would need. The beds were comfortable enough and the location is in striking distance from Disney or the train to Paris.. 😢: We stayed here in July 26 and were disappointed with the house. The photos on Booking.com were clearly taken a few years ago and in some areas the house has become tired and worn since. We were unhappy that the children’s facilities in the garden were broken and unsafe and there was a very dangerous damaged area of decking – we had to keep our children away. There were also some electrical sockets coming out of the walls in the bedrooms and no sign of smoke or carbon monoxide alarms in the house. We also noticed some mould in the bedrooms..

😊: Lovely big garden and plenty of beds and seats for everyone.. 😢: Didn’t have a corkscrew for wine bottles, had to ask friendly neighbour 🤣. Upstairs back bedroom windows didn’t stay open.. wasn’t quite warm enough for air conditioning but too warm for closed windows..

😊: Close to airport and a fair price to what you get for a group of 8 people.. 😢: Temperature and pressure in the showers. Clogged sink on first floor..

😊: This facility was well located with easy access to public transport. The staff were very quick at responding to messages prior to and throughout the stay. The facility was ideal for our group, who travelled into Paris frequently for siteseeing and spent the evenings socialising in the garden. It was clean and tidy when we arrived with all the appropriate ammenites provided..
