The open-plan layout downstairs and the garden make this an ideal place for families with small children. Our 15 month old loved the swing and trampoline, and there were toys available - including buckets and spades for beach visits. We were four adults so appreciated the 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, and the supply of books was excellent. My husband was even able to watch World Cup Rugby on the TV!
