We had a great week in Roquefort-Les Pins. The house had plenty of room for our party of 7 adults and 7 children. You can walk to the Intermarche, a boulangerie, and also hiking trails. It is an upscale suburban area with other villas nearby. Our group spent most of our time outside in the pool or visiting lovely towns nearby. Definitely recommend going to Valbonne, Mougins and St. Paul de Vence for day trips. Our reception upon arrival was a bit scattered. We needed to call to tell them we were waiting to check in and the cleaning staff was still there for about an hour and a half after we arrived. That being said, Grigoris answered all of our questions and was very helpful throughout the week as questions arose and when the pool needed cleaning. The house was very spacious and having the separate floors and exterior entrance upstairs worked fine for our group. We very much appreciated having air conditioning that worked really well in each bedroom and in the kitchen/main floor. It's important to note that the top floor has slanted ceilings in two of the rooms and some of us hit our heads on the beams. The interior of the house was clean, but could use some updates (curtains over all windows, make sure all doors can shut properly, etc.) and the kitchen could benefit from an update or in the meantime getting rid of duplicate cookware to create a less cluttered kitchen. Overall, we had a lovely week with our group and enjoyed the location, pool and having AC.

This is an ideal house for a large family / group. Good location, nearby infrastructure with food shops, park for jogging, etc. This was the second time we stayed at this property and we had a great time both this time as well as the previous time we were here.

Maison agréable, très bien équipée. Le seul point négatif, vous annoncez une piscine chauffée ? Pour nous piscine à 13 degrés ce n'est pas une piscine chauffée Ceci étant nous avons passé un super séjour et les propriétaires sont au top, nous recommandons.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Südfrankreich verbracht. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und in guter Lage zu den „Highlights“ der französischen Riviera. Die Kinder hatten Spass im Pool und die Eltern konnten abends lange gemütlich zusammensitzen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war durchgehend zuverlässig, auf Fragen wurde, auch im Vorfeld des Urlaubs, sehr schnell reagiert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo appena tornati da questa bellissima villa e ci dispiace di non aver potuto rimanere di più....Oltre ad essere accuratamente arredata e dotata di ogni confort (piscina,lavastoviglie,lavatrice,tv via cavo,internet wireless etc) ha un'atmosfera molto calda e acogliente.E' vicino a tutti i punti d'interesse in Costa Azzurra,ma,nello stesso tempo-lontana dai rumori e il caos.Abbiamo appena prenottato una settimana in estate!Non vediamo l'ora!Grazie Marion e Mani!Sanja e Aldo Amaducci da Milano.

wir, familie bestehend aus15 erwachsene zwischen 20 und 67 habe eine bzw. zwei wochen in dieser villa urlaub gemacht. wir haben sowohl den garten als auch den pool absolut genossen. besonder gut hat uns das grillen am kamin und die möglichkeit auch mit einer großen familie gemeinsam zu essen gefallen. dank überdachung, palmen und sonnenschirmen war immer mehr als genügend schatten vorhanden und durch die größe des gartens waren auch immer genügend möglichkeiten da sich zurück zu ziehen. wir haben die villa tip top aufgeräumt und sauber vorgefunden. zusätzlich zu den duschhandtüchern waren auch noch eigens pool badetücher dabei. die toilette im garten ist besonders praktisch. dank w-lan war auch jeder compi freak in unsere familie sehr zufrieden. valbonne, nizza , cannes und viele andere interessante städte und orte sind mit dem auto sehr gut zu erreichen. im ort selbst befindet sich auch eine supermarkt ein pub eine tankstelle usw.wir wäre sofort noch 2 wochen geblieben und habend den aufenhalt absolut genossen.danke.
