Detached house, heated pool, 10 minutes walk from the center of Vannes

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and spacious villa. Our family group of 14 had more than enough room to relax and enjoy the extensive grounds without ever feeling crowded. The interior is like stepping back in time. Our host Marlene was incredibly helpful and friendly. The amenities kept everyone entertained — we made great use of the swimming pool, pool table, and badminton throughout our stay.Evenings were a highlight, often spent outside using the large gas BBQ, cooking supper together. The kitchen although on the small side, was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to prepare meals for a large group.The location is ideal - just a 10-minute walk into the lovely market town of Vannes, which is full of great restaurants, bars, and local charm. We were lucky to watch the start of the Women’s Tour de France starting in Vannes! Several beautiful beaches are also within easy reach, anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes by car.Highly recommended for families or groups looking for comfort, space, and a perfect base to explore the area!

We loved the property and it had something for all ages. Ghislain was quick to respond and very helpful with enquires as was his property manager Léo. The property is hard to describe as it has all different styles from the modern middle bedroom with the mezzanine to the old dining room and staircase to the 2 double bedrooms at the other end of the property. An annex at the other end, huge grounds and swimming pool. We hope to visit again.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful place in Vannes. The house has a typical french feel, with all the modern necessities (kitchen gear, showers etc). The garden is huge and has everything a person (kid or adult) could ever want. Thanks Ghislaine for being so responsive and kind!
