Detached villa with private pool in the heart of nature.

This villa offers everything one would want as well as a fantastic outdoor entertainment space. We really could not fault anything. Sam and Maria helped make our stay one to remember and could not do enough to ensure we had an incredible time. We had a fantastic stay at the house. Everything was as expected or better. Everything was very tidy and clean. We can recommend this house to everyone who wants a relaxing vacation in a calm place. You need a car since everything is in driving distance. The host is very service minded and keen on having satisfied customers.

really nice and well-functioning house. Well-equipped kitchen, so easy to cook for many. Nice outdoor kitchen. Really nice pool / sunbathing area with nice sunbeds. Sam and his wife are super hosts and very helpful. Both before and during the stay. . Would really recommend renting Sam's house.

Pro's: + nice pool and deck area + better value than hotel for party of 5+ + Very nice hosts (stay on/near property in apt unit below patio) + only 10 min drive to downtown Antibes + parking included + good internet/wifi Other Considerations: - cleanliness and odor issues on lower level (likely a plumbing issue) - interior decor and linens very basic/minimalistic with some questionable accent pieces and older/corroded plumbing fixtures - clutter around outside of house - practically no view or than treed valley Overall, could be good value depending on your group size and budget, but if we visit area again we would likely opt to pay more for something a little nicer. Sam has done a nice job on his stone decking and pool area nonetheless.

We had a fabulous time in this property conveniently located on the hills of Antibes. We loved that every room had individual air conditioning and own bathroom/ shower. The house had a stunning view of nature and the sea from the balcony . The surrounding feel very relaxing.

Property is as described in the listing. Everything is very clean and well taken care of including the pool and the exterior facilities. Pool is on the larger side which was a lot of fun for the kids. The bedrooms are all spacious with nice bathrooms and the kitchen is well equipped. Overall the Villa was a perfect place for our group and we would go there again in a heart beat. The owner was very responsive from the day we booked until we left and always helpful.

This villa is just perfect! It was very well equipped. We appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom and lots of space for clothes, suitcases etc. We also loved the kitchen with the American fridge and freezer (for ice-cream!), toaster, coffee machine and plenty of glasses, cups and crockery. We also used the laundry room with a washer machine and tumbler a lot during the two weeks stay. But most of all we loved the pool and the outdoor area . The pool was big enough to actually take a swim (I guess the size was ca. 5 x 10 meters). It also had an air matress which we simpy adored. We spent the days on the sun beds or under the parasolls, and the evenings in the outdoor sofa or by the dining table by the outdoor kitchen with an electric grill. We enjoyed table tennis, dart and baby foot matches, all there for us. We couldn't have had more welcoming and helpful hosts. The communication both before and during the stay was very smooth, and Sam and Maria made our stay perfect. The neighbourhood was very calm and quiet with trees surrounding the property, and therefore also no view to the sea. You should take into account that you have to have a car or take a taxi to go shopping and dinner, but Antibes, Nice and Cannes is just a short drive away. The house was perfect for us. Sam, his wife, and his daughter were always available if we needed anything. We spent most of our time outside using the pool, electric grill, and outdoor dining space. Grocery store is about a 5-minute drive. Old Town Antibes is no more than 15 minutes away. Easy drive. This was the best vacation we have had in a long time, and one of the best places we have stayed at.
