😊: Very clean, great location. Good clothes dryer.. 😢: Pillows in bedroom are very poor - the washing machine wouldn’t spin the clothes dry… Also there are no extra blankets?.
😊: Couldn't get inside because they didn't give the combination of the keylock. Which you have to search for in the street. Literally attached to a bike rack. I only saw it because one of the people who live in a neabouring apartment pointed this out to me. And even he had to search for it for several minutes. In their description they say see include photo which I am yet to receive. Because I coudnt get in I had to go to the ibis hotel down the road and book a room. Lucky because only that night 1 room was available. Next day I just searched for an other hotel. As you can see on my bookings.com account because I booked it trough you. Now I would like for you to help me get my money back from this property because they are the most unprofessional people in the hotel industry I ever met..
Exceptionnel
#128578; Appartement spacieux, très bien équipé, très propre. Relation avec le loueur très constructive . Parking disponible
Modern, comfortable well-equipped apartment,
#128578; Spotless new apartment with two double bedrooms, nice spacious kitchen and living area, good bathroom and laundry, very nicely done and well equipped. Secure entry and parking.
#128577; No issues, maybe a couple more pictures on the wall in the second bedroom would make it more homely but not important.
It is run by a property management company. The place is very nice, but it is run on very thrifty basis. No extras and no frills and Good luck if you have a problem after 6pm. Also the check in process is lacking. When they tell you where to go to get the keys, they you a picture of something totally unrelated. The keys are in a lock box and they send you a pic of someone keying numbers onto a keypad. Also, they don't advise you that you need a fob to get into the front door. Then when you finally get to the apt door, they also do not tell you that you need to turn the key three times to the right, to unlock the door and 2 times to the left to lock it. Then they left 2 small rolls of toilet paper, for 2 wonen for 2 days. NOT nearly enough. And when you request more, they just ignore your request. I felt that it was about getting as much mibey as possible, while doing the least they can. Not the personal touch at all.
