Pros Location - easy 20 min walk to old town - shopping and restaurants Home is clean Neighbor is safe Cons Communication with mgmt company was poor - I had to send several emails and phone call to get information the night before my check in Despite constant text from me on my arrival time I had to wait 1 hour for party to me as they were delayed with other clients who were late No AC - if you open windows for ventilation you are on a busy street and directly across from a restaurant with outside seating (expect noise until midnight) No bath soap, shampoo, paper-towel or dish towel provided, only 3 medium towels for showering No parking (street parking nearby is almost always full)

The location was quite good. However, there was a lot of noise coming from outside because of the road working and also the painting of the building. In addition, the sheet on the couch bed was not replaced with a clean one. It was disgusting to see the hair and dirt on it. I immediately closed it. There was no soap in the bathroom and no sponge for the dishwashing. Moreover, the pans were all damaged. I hesitated in using them. I could only use one of them with fewer scratches than the other ones. They all should be put into a bin. If you could not cook in the flat, there is no logic in staying in a flat. It was a waste of our money.

Nice apartment, interesting decorations. Easy checkin.

We enjoyed this property and the host. He met us at the property for our 5:00PM check in (which is later than most), showed us the place, how the washer worked, we hoped they had a dryer which they don't. The area the property is located in was quiet and somewhat close to tram lines (across the river) and Metro ( down the street a 10-15 minute walk or Bellcour Square). It is convenient to the basilica at the top of the hill and roman ruins.
